How do I set up an internal note to display on a listing for front desk personnel?

If you ever need to leave an internal note on one of your listings that will be available for front desk personnel anytime they schedule a showing, go to the "Instructions/Directions" page on your listing (accessed through the "Listing Actions" dropdown). On the Instructions/Directions page you will find three fields. The first two are public facing fields for agents however the last field is for any internal notes you may need to leave on the listing. These notes will appear on the form that your front desk personnel will fill out when setting up the appointment for easy reference. They do not show to any other party so this is an area where you can leave confidential notes without worry of them sending out.
