I set my seller to receive text notifications on appointments but they aren't receiving them

This issue can occur if your seller has not yet opted in to receive text messages from our system. Make sure that your seller has opted in to receive text notifications by having the seller text "START" or "YES" (without quotation marks) to your MLS Text Scheduling Number.

If the seller is still unable to receive those text notifications please send an email to support@showingsuite.com so that our technical support team can assist in diagnosing and resolving any issues preventing the seller from receiving those texts.
