What can I do if I'm experiencing trouble logging into my account?

If you have trouble logging into your account you can take the following steps in efforts to troubleshoot the reason why.

Internet Explorer

Add ShowingSuite.com as a trusted site:

  1. Select Tools on the top bar and choose Internet Options
  2. Select the 'Security' tab, click on 'Trusted Sites', then click on the 'Sites'
     button.
  3. Add http://www.showingsuite.com.
  4. Uncheck the box requiring server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone. 
  5. Hit 'Close' to save your changes.

Now open a new browser window and try to re-login to www.showingsuite.com.

Still having trouble? Try doing the following...

  1. Select 'Tools' on the top bar and choose 'Internet Options'
  2. Select the 'Privacy' tab, click on 'Trusted Sites', then click on the 'Sites' button.
  3. Add http://www.showingsuite.com and click "Allow" and then "OK" at the bottom of the screen.

Open a new browser window and try logging in again.
