How do I update my account information?

If you have recently changed companies or relocated your office, you can update your account information by following the steps below:


  1. In the top navigation, click My Account and select View/Edit Account Information from the sub-menu.
  2. Here you can update the following information:
    • Email Address (this is also your login name for; if you change your email address be sure to use the updated address to login to your account)
    • Company
    • Website
    • First Name
    • Middle Name
    • Last Name
    • Office Phone
    • Home Phone
    • Mobile Phone
    • Fax Number
    • Address 1
    • Address 2
    • City
    • State
    • Zip
    • Country
  3. Be sure to press Save if you update any information.
Please Note: If you have updated your email or physical address you may also want to update your email signature as well. Please Click Here for instructions to update your account email signature.
