How do I change the questions for an existing customer satisfaction survey?

IMPORTANT: Questions CANNOT be changed if you have sent out any customer satisfaction surveys or received any customer feedback.


Follow the steps below to edit the questions for an existing survey:

  1. Select the Surveys tab from the top navigation.
  2. Find the customer satisfaction survey you wish to edit; you can quickly locate the desired survey by using the blue search bar on the top right.
  3. Select the View/Edit Survey from the Actions drop-down menu and click Go.
  4. Here you can edit the question templates:
    1. Add a new question by pressing the  "Add Survey Question" button.
    2. Change the question order by selecting Move Up or Move Down from the Actions drop-down menu and clicking Go.
    3. Edit or Delete a question by selecting either option from the Actions menu and clicking Go.
