What are the default emails and when are they sent?

To see the default emails sent by the system just click Settings in the top navigation and select View/Edit Default Emails. All of the system notification emails (outside of the feedback request emails) will be listed here and can either be previewed or edited.

Here is a list of all of the default emails sent by Showing Suite:

Default Showing Agent Emails

Email Type

When is it sent?

New Appointment Alert Sent to the showing agent when a showing has been scheduled.
Appointment All Confirmed Sent to the showing agent to confirm their appointment is approved.
Appointment Cancelled Sent to the showing agent confirming a showing has been cancelled (or denied).
Appointment Updated Sent to the showing agent when a showing appointment has been edited.
Feedback Thank You Sent to the showing agent once they provide feedback on a listing.

 

Default Seller Emails

Email Type

When is it sent?

New Appointment Alert Sent to the seller to notify that a showing was scheduled.
Confirm Appointment Request Sent to the seller to approve or deny a requested showing appointment.
Appointment All Confirmed Sent to the seller when a showing appointment is confirmed by all parties.

Appointment Cancelled

Sent to the seller to notify them of a cancelled (or denied) showing.
Appointment Unconfirmed Sent to the seller to remind them to either approve or deny a showing appointment.
Appointment Updated Sent to the seller when a showing appointment has been edited.
Feedback Non Response Sent to the seller when a showing agent doesn't respond to any scheduled feedback requests.
New Feedback Received Sent to the seller when new feedback is provided on their property.
Feedback Seller Stats Sent to the seller with their listing's feedback statistical report.
Listing Activity Complete Sent to the seller to notify them a listing task has been completed.
New Comment Sent to the seller when you leave them a comment.
Welcome (Seller Account Info) Sent to the seller when you enter their listing into the system.
