How do I create and send property flyers?

Property flyers are an excellent way to advertise a listing you have for sale or make any listing related announcements. Follow the steps below to create and send your very own property flyer:

  1. Select the Followup tab.
  2. Select Create Property Flyer under the Property Flyers header.
  3. Enter a name of the property flyer, select when the campaign should begin and decide  whether to associate a listing with the property flyer email. Click No to not associate a listing with this flyer. Click Next when done.
  4. Browse the templates by selecting a category from the drop-down option. To preview a template simply click directly on the thumbnail image. To choose the template, simply click the desired template's image. If you wish to use a blank template, press the Add a Blank Template button on the right.
  5. Type in a Label, customize the Email Subject, and make any desired changes to the actual email template. Note: If you use the merge fields, be sure that you do not edit the text between the exclamation points.
    • Additionally, you may choose to save this template to your My Templates, which allows you to select this modified template for future use, by checking the Save to My Templates box.
    • We suggest that you preview the newsletter before proceeding to the next page by pressing the Preview button.
  6. After you press Next, you will be prompted to overwrite the text version of your html based email. The system will automatically copy the text from your HTML email into the text version so you do not have to re-write it. Click OK to continue.
  7. Now you can select the contacts you would like to send the property flyer. Once you have selected all of the desired contacts, click Next.
  8. You will get a confirmation page of your newsletter.
